Greg LeCompte, Owner and Chief Engineer of Dark Matter Recording, has written and produced original music as well as engineered, mixed and mastered multiple local artists. As a Pro Tools expert level certified engineer and graduate of the St. Petersburg College MIRA program, Greg has gained the skills, knowledge and experience that sets him apart. His resumè includes running live sound at multiple local venues, engineering at Springs Theater in Tampa, FL, Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR) for film, live orchestral recording for the Florida Orchestra at the Mahaffey Theater in St.Petersburg, FL as well as building, assembling, and repairing vintage reproduction studio equipment for Vintech Audio.
